High-quality cosmetic products and electrical appliances cannot be exchanged or returned (Based on the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.362, Part 4).
If you want to return defective goods, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the package and specify: the order number and date; product name and code; the reason for the return (the product is damaged, etc.); expected return date.
